Download the configuration profile and install it from Settings → Downloaded Profile.

Open Settings → Network & Internet → Private DNS.
Select Private DNS provider hostname and enter dns.hostex.si.
Confirm. If it fails, ensure port 853/TCP is open and your certificate is valid.
